TrellisWare Technologies Expands to 100K SF at Summit Pointe

TrellisWare Technologies signed a lease with Newport National Corporation to expand into an additional 27,000 square feet at Summit Pointe, a 146,626-square-foot office building in San Diego. The firm will now occupy roughly 100,000 square feet at the property located on 21 acres at 10641 Scripps Summit Ct.

The building was redeveloped in 2018 and features a transformed lobby and common areas, bistro, conference center with catering kitchen, fitness facility and multi-purpose game room. Outdoor amenities include an amphitheater, exterior kitchen with barbeque station and bar counter seating, food truck venue and botanical gardens.

The tenant was represented by David Crabb of Kidder Mathews and Don Mitchell of Cresa. Summit Pointe’s leasing representatives are Jay Alexander and Tim Olson of JLL, and Chris Williams of Colliers International.

A second phase of Summit Pointe is under design on a ground-up development of a three-story, roughly 90,000-square-foot corporate HQ office building. Construction is expected to commence by summer 2020.
