Treetop Companies Buys Four Monmouth Industrial Properties for $40M 

Treetop Companies has acquired a four-building complex in Wall Township, NJ, for $40.5 million. The complex, located within the Monmouth Business Campus, comprises flex buildings with loading capabilities and warehouse space.  

Comprised of 1324 Wyckoff Road, 1433 State Route 34, 1340 Campus Parkway and 1345 Campus Parkway, the properties range in size from 20,000 to 80,000 square feet. 

CBRE’s Charles Berger, Elli Klapper, Mark Silverman, and Jeremy Wernick negotiated the transaction between the two parties, while Jason Gaccione and Shawn Rosenthal from the same firm arranged acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.
