Treeline Acquires 36-Acre Parcel in Gaffney for $30M, Class A Industrial Facility
Treeline has acquired a 36-acre site in Gaffney, SC to develop a $30-million, 300,000 square-foot Class A industrial facility.
Treeline acquired the property from Hart Consumer Products, Inc., in an off-market transaction and represented themselves in the transaction.
Foundry Commercial has been named leasing agent and is targeting both manufacturing and warehouse/distribution tenants.
The facility, Victory Crossing, is sited just 40 minutes from both the Charlotte and the Greenville-Spartanburg areas. It sits along I-85 corridor for connections to interstate routes such as I-95, I-77 and I-26.
“We continue to aggressively pursue investment opportunities in the Southeast, as Treeline is extremely focused on the region due to its explosive growth and access to ports critical to US logistical infrastructure,” said Daniel Schor, Treeline’s chief business development officer. “We currently have deals pending in NC and SC and are actively pursuing additional development opportunities in places such as Raleigh, Charlotte, Spartanburg/Greenville, Charleston and Wilmington.”
