TRC Capital Sells 231-Key Lakefront Hilton

TRC Capital Partners LLC sold the Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront, a 231-room, full-service hotel situated on Lake Ray Hubbard in the Dallas suburb of Rockwall, TX. Houston-headquartered TRC sold the asset at 2055 Summer Lee Dr. to Coral Gables, FL-based Driftwood Acquisitions & Development, which acquired the property unencumbered of the existing management contract.

John Bourret and Austin Brooks with HFF led the team representing the seller. The sales price was undisclosed, with the property valued at $27.8 million. The transaction also included an adjacent 1.9 acres for additional development.

The hotel is situated on 8.9 acres in The Harbor, a 460,000-square-foot, mixed-use waterfront development. In addition to its location on Lake Ray Hubbard, amenities include a resort-style outdoor pool, fitness center and 31,532 square feet of flexible meeting space. The property delivered in 2008, and was renovated in 2017.
