Travis Parrott Named Newmark’s Market Leader in Portland

Newmark has promoted Travis Parrott to Market Leader of the Portland, OR office to work alongside brokerage operations leadership and oversee growth initiatives. Parrott will also continue his role as Managing Director, where he specializes in office leasing throughout the Portland Metro.

“Travis’ skill set, reputation and ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients naturally dovetails with our national initiatives to win business, recruit talent and provide best-in-class service,” said Newmark’s Michael Smith, Executive VP and Northwest Region Market Leader.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to build upon the strong office culture cultivated here in Portland,” said Parrott in a news release. “I look forward to furthering our momentum and targeting opportunities, as the Portland market continues to rebound from the pandemic.”

Before joining Newmark, Parrott served as First VP and Partner at Kidder Mathews and was also a professional tennis player on the ATP Tour.
