Taurus Investment Holdings LP ended its five-year hold on Travesia Corporate Park in north Austin. The Boston-headquartered Taurus Investment sold the three-building, 176,621-square-foot property to Jefferson River Capital LLC for $40.9 million. Situated at 3800 Quick Hill Rd., Travesia is 100% leased to Hewlett-Packard, Sonic Healthcare and Protect America.

Todd Mills, Hunter Mills and Carrie Caesar with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer is one of two family offices set up by Tony James, vice chairman for Blackstone Group LP.
