Travelliance Joins Tenant Roster at KBS’ Northland Center

Travelliance, which provides corporate lodging solutions for airlines and workforce travelers, has signed up for 13,335 square feet at Northland Center, KBS Realty Advisors’ 493,000-square-foot office park in Bloomington, MN.

“Signing a new tenant to our roster is reassuring of the property’s strength within the market,” said Gio Cordoves, senior Vice President for KBS and asset manager for the property. “The strong amenities and ideal surroundings of Northland Center will provide great value to Travelliance, and we hope the relationship will be a lasting one.”

Ryan Bohrer of Cushman & Wakefield represented Travelliance in lease negotiations. Bohrer’s colleague Bill Rothstein represented KBS.
