Travel Agency Inks 7K-SF Lease in West Chelsea with Feil 

The Feil Organization has signed a 10-year lease with SmartFlyer, a full-service travel agency, for a 7,900-square-foot space at Studio 25, located at 530 West 25th Street in West Chelsea. 

The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener, Rob Fisher and Henry Korzec. SmartFlyer was represented by David Graff of Compass Commercial. “We are taking a detail-oriented approach to design a space specifically catered to their needs, complete with a private roof deck that benefits from prime views of the Hudson and High Line,” said Wiener.  

Studio 25 is currently being redeveloped, It features new pre-built space, a renovated lobby, and enhanced efficiency with new HVAC, windows, bathrooms, and building mechanicals. Connecting the seventh floor and penthouse, an internal staircase spans two floors. These levels will feature a working fireplace.
