Tratt Properties Breaks Ground on 1M-SF Elwood Logistics Center

Tratt Properties LLC launched construction on Elwood Logistics Center, a 1.3-million-square-foot, speculative industrial development in Goodyear, AZ. The project, the largest speculative industrial building to go north in the Phoenix metro, is situated on 83 acres near Interstate 10 and Loop 303, in a designated Opportunity Zone and Foreign Trade Zone. Completion is scheduled for December 2020.

JLL’s Anthony Lydon, SIOR Marc Hertzberg and Ryley Gilbert are handling leasing. “The combination of Foreign Trade Zone capability and Opportunity Zone status make Elwood Logistics Center an extremely advantageous site option,” Lydon said.

Geared toward major logistics, manufacturing, food, beverage and e-commerce occupiers, Elwood Logistics Center at Sarival Avenue and Elwood Street consists of a 40-foot, clear-height, cross-dock building, with a 190-foot gated and secure concrete truck court and 235 dock-high loading positions. The site provides parking for more than 1,400 cars and 327 trailers.
