Transwestern’s Dempsey Reps Insurer in Milwaukee-Area Expansion

Transwestern’s Milwaukee office has represented Robertson Ryan & Associates in a 16,612-square-foot lease at 20975 Swenson Dr. in Waukesha, WI. The insurance provider previously occupied 14,024 square feet at the 72,170-square-foot property, known as Crossroads Corporate Center VIIA.

Shaun Dempsey, VP with Transwestern’s Milwaukee office, represented the tenant in the renewal and 2,588-square-foot expansion, representing an 18% upsizing. “Having called Crossroads Corporate Center VIIA home for the past 12 years, Robertson Ryan recognized the importance of remaining in the building to continue providing clients the best possible service,” said Dempsey. “I’m pleased to have helped negotiate a larger space to accommodate its growth.”

Founded in 1960, Robertson Ryan & Associates offers a broad range of solutions for business, personal and benefits insurance. It’s recognized annually as a Top 100 Insurance Agency.
