Transwestern delivers 5 building DFW warehouse project

Transwestern Delivers 908K SF DFW Warehouse Venture

Transwestern Development Co. has completed Mid-Cities Logistics, a five-building, 908,300-square-foot Class A logistics hub in southeast Fort Worth, Texas. Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) served as general contractor. AP broke ground on the Mid Cities Logistics development in February 2023.

Designed by Alliance Architects, all facilities are suitable for storage, distribution and light manufacturing. Fifth Third Bank provided about $64.5 million in construction financing, also according to CommercialEdge.

The property is just north of Highway 180, providing direct access to Interstate 820. The location is some 10 miles from downtown Fort Worth and 25 miles from downtown Dallas.

AP is also engaged with other projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, including the renovation of more than 310,000 square feet of industrial space at the Sunrise Commerce Center in Round Rock, Texas, and the construction of a 325,000-square-foot data center in Fort Worth.
