Transwestern to Move Southeast HQ to AFC Buckhead

Transwestern Real Estate Services has announced plans to relocate its Southeast regional headquarters to the City Club of Buckhead’s former space at AFC Buckhead, a 914,774-square-foot office campus at 3344 Peachtree Road NE in Atlanta. The owner of AFC is Sumitomo Corporation of Americas.

Transwestern will occupy AFC’s top two floors when the move is complete in March 2021. The firm is relocating from Buckhead’s Tower Place after 10 years. Transwestern also currently provides leasing and property management services for AFC Buckhead, a three-building complex in Atlanta’s financial district. The complex features an outdoor park with Peachtree Road access and a recently renovated atrium with tables and soft seating. Additional amenities include AFC’s Athletic Club & Spa, Highland Bakery, Blue Chip Café and Truist Bank.

“AFC Buckhead offers our team members a new beginning in the wake of COVID-19 in a dramatic two-story space that will become a showpiece for our office and for the building,” said Bruce Ford, East Region President at Transwestern. “We will have room to continue expanding every aspect of our services with top-notch professionals, while deepening our long-standing relationship with Sumitomo.”
