Transwestern to Lease Up Office Space at Apartment Tower

Transwestern Real Estate Services was selected by Onni Group to provide leasing services for 70,000 square feet of office space within THREE Old Town Park in the Near North Side submarket. EVP Eric Myers and SVP Kathleen Bertrand will provide leasing services on Onni’s behalf.

The 41-story, luxury apartment building is the third and final phase of Old Town Park, a multi-phase redevelopment of the 1970s Atrium Village housing complex. Slated for completion in spring 2021, it’s nearby the Clark/Division “L” station, along with a variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options in the Wells Street corridor.

“The amenities available to both residents and office tenants at Old Town Park are amazing,” said Myers. “Parking, the ability to walk up to the space and the location all add up to a one-of-a-kind offering, and we are excited to show off this impressive new space within the River North submarket.”
