Transwestern Team Wins TOBY Award from NJ BOMA

The New Jersey chapter of the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) has recognized 180 Park Ave. in Florham Park with The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award for best-managed building in the 100,000- to 249,999-square-foot office building category.

Transwestern Commercial Services, which provides leasing and property management services for the 228,350-square-foot property, will receive the honor during an awards banquet slated for Oct. 23.

“Receiving this distinction among industry peers is a testament to the level of service provided by our exceptional property management team,” said Transwestern partner and city leader James Postell. “The northern New Jersey office market remains incredibly active, and the team at 180 Park Ave. continuously ensures the property remains among the most competitive in the state.”

The 180 Park management team is led by Connie Calantropio, Denise Gigi and Sylvester Roztoczynski. Agency Leasing services are led by Postell, Dan Ligorner and Matt McDonough.
