Transwestern Taps Tonya Link to Oversee Asset Services for Mid-Atlantic

Transwestern Real Estate Services has promoted Tonya Link to Managing Senior Vice President of Asset Services for the Mid-Atlantic region.

In her new role, Link will oversee regional property management across the firm’s 23.3 million-square-foot portfolio and service delivery to owners of all commercial product types. She will be overseeing all asset services staff, comprised of 143 property managers, building engineers and senior building leadership. Link has 30 years of experience managing commercial real estate assets, most recently as Senior Vice President, Asset Services for Transwestern’s managed office portfolio in Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.
