Transwestern Taps Lucy Kitchin as Managing Director of Government Services

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has tapped Lucy Kitchin as Managing Director of Government Services. Based in the firm’s D.C. office, Kitchin will lead the region’s Government Services advisory group, stimulating both private and public sector leasing business on behalf of owners and investors and advising clients locally and nationally.

Prior to joining TRS, Kitchin was a managing director with the Government Investor Services group at JLL where she was responsible for comprehensive real estate advisory services focused on leasing transactions with the federal government on behalf of owners and investors.
