Transwestern Taps Ken Meyersieck to Head East Bay Operations
Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) added Ken Meyersieck as Managing Director, East Bay. He joins the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area team from Colliers International.
He brings 35 years of commercial real estate experience and will oversee operations, business development and recruiting for Transwestern’s Walnut Creek office and the East Bay.
Transwestern’s Jeffrey W. Moeller says, “With decades of experience and influence, Ken brings unparalleled client relationships throughout the East Bay and Western United States that will enhance Transwestern growth in the region. His ability to build versatile brokerage teams and work in tandem with complementary service lines will be an immediate accelerant to the extraordinary growth we are experiencing in Northern California.”
Meyersieck has represented major Bay Area projects including One Kaiser Plaza, 1999 Harrison St., and 2102 Webster St. He has advised tenants and property owners in more than four million square feet of transactions valued at more than $1.6 billion.
