Transwestern Tapped to Lease Up 500K SF in Houston’s Riverway

Transwestern Real Estate Services has been engaged by Sidra Real Estate Inc. to provide office leasing services for two office buildings in Houston’s Riverway submarket: the 369,479-square-foot 2 Riverway and the 122,899-square-foot 4900 Woodway.

A Transwestern office leasing team of SVP Louann Pereira, senior managing director Doug Little and senior associate Matthew Seliger will represent ownership.

“We are thrilled to partner with Sidra on the lease up of 2 Riverway and 4900 Woodway,” said Pereira. “Each property holds a unique place in the Riverway West Loop submarket, and we look forward to maximizing the long-term value of the properties.”

The Class A building at 2 Riverway features a new fitness center with locker rooms, a coffee shop and café, as well as an updated lobby, common areas, and corridors. 4900 Woodway offers views of Memorial Park, the Galleria and downtown Houston.
