Transwestern Tapped to Lease MOB in Midtown San Antonio

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) was selected by Cypress Holdings to provide leasing services for 222 W. Cypress, a 20,656-square-foot, two-story medical office building in Midtown San Antonio. Transwestern Associate James Murry will provide healthcare leasing services on behalf of Cypress Holdings.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Cypress Holdings to lease 222 W. Cypress,” said Murry. “Midtown is in short supply of medical office buildings of this quality and convenience.”

Delivered in December 2019, the MOB is currently 69% leased. 222 W. Cypress is in proximity to Historic Pearl, Methodist Metropolitan Hospital, and San Pedro Avenue with access to Interstates 10 and 35. Anchored by Women’s Health Texas, healthcare tenants can also take advantage of the walkability and transit opportunities from surrounding neighborhoods.
