Transwestern Tapped to Lease Just-Acquired Sugar Creek Place I
Days after announcing the acquisition of Sugar Creek Place I, new owner Songy Highroads hired Transwestern to lease up the 151,722-square-foot office building in the Houston suburban city of Sugar Land, TX. Doug Little, Louann Pereira and Matthew Seliger will work on behalf of the Atlanta, GA owner to fill the 86%-occupied, six-story building.
More than $1.7 million in capital was funneled into the property at 14100 Southwest Fwy., and included a new conference facility, tenant lounge and upgraded common areas, lobby and corridor.
“Sugar Land continues to remain a strong and thriving submarket, and we are excited to work with Songy Highroads on this asset,” Pereira said. “The building is well-positioned within the submarket, with great visibility that is ideal for a large user looking for prominent building signage.”
