Transwestern Tapped to Lease 188K-SF of Office Space in Rockville

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has been tapped to lease 11 N. Washington St. and 1 Church St. in Rockville, MD. The two properties include a total of 188,000 square feet of office space.

The 97,410-square-foot 11 N. Washington St. is nearby the Rockville Metrorail and MARC commuter rail stations as well as the Rockville Town Center. The 90,600-square-foot 1 Church St. features a first-floor conference center, on-site café and is also nearby the MARC train and Metro service lines. Both properties benefit from nearby access to Interstate 270.

Guy Copperthite, Ethan Bernardi and Patrick Crilley of TRS are providing office leasing services on behalf of owner Investment Properties Inc.
