Transwestern Tapped to Lease 162K-SF Energy Corridor Building

Accesso Partners LLC appointed Transwestern to provide leasing services for One Park 10, a 162,909-square-foot office building at 16225 Park Ten Place in the far west Houston/Energy Corridor submarket. Transwestern’s Doug Little, Evelyn Ward and Amanda Lee App are taking on the leasing activities.

According to Accesso Partners’ Michael Adams, the owner is planning to make capital improvements to common areas, corridors, elevator lobbies and restrooms. Situated on 3.3 acres, One Park 10 offers an on-site property management office, 20,500-square-foot floor plates, a deli, and attached, four-story parking garage.
