Transwestern Tapped to Lease 122K-SF Medical Office Property in Rockville

Transwestern has been tapped to lease the Shady Grove Medical Pavilion, a 122,000-square-foot medical office property in Rockville, MD. Ken Smondrowski and Joe McCormick in Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory Services group will be leasing the project.

Located at 9601 Blackwell Rd., the property is currently managed by medical office owner-operator Caddis. Shady Grove Medical Pavilion offers suites ranging from 1,000 to 17,440 rentable square feet, building signage, a physician’s lounge, and on-site engineering, pharmacy and a full-service deli. Current tenants include Shady Grove Fertility, Shady Grove Orthopedics, Schreiber Allergy, Adventist Healthcare Imaging, and the Ambulatory Care Pharmacy.

“This is an asset situated for success, as it offers a great amenity base,” said McCormick. “Its proven ownership and reputable tenant mix benefit from being positioned in one of the premier healthcare locations in the region.”
