Transwestern Tapped to Lease 1.6M-SF Industrial Park in Hialeah

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has been tapped to lease Centergate at Gratigny, a three-building industrial property at 5801 and 6301 E. 10th Ave. in Hialeah.

Located in north Miami-Dade County, on the Gratigny Expressway, Centergate at Gratigny includes a tenant roster that includes Bullet Line and Veritiv Corp. Transwestern’s South Florida Industrial Team, composed of Thomas Kresse, Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg and Carlos Gaviria have been tapped to provide leasing services on behalf of the owner.

“Our team is pleased to partner with the ownership group on this assignment,” said Kresse. “Centergate at Gratigny is one of South Florida’s most well-positioned business parks for distribution throughout the tri-county area. The park is fully fenced and secured, offers 32-foot ceiling heights, and immediate access to the Gratigny Expressway, which provides convenient accessibility to all of South Florida’s major thoroughfares.”
