External intelligence company Signal AI has signed an 11,000-square-foot headquarters lease at 440 Park Avenue South

Transwestern Steers Signal AI to New Midtown South Headquarters

Transwestern Real Estate Services represented Signal AI, a leading external intelligence company, in an 11,140-square-foot lease at 440 Park Ave. South in Manhattan’s Midtown South. The new location will serve as Signal AI’s U.S. headquarters.

SVP Chase Gordon and partner Rory Murphy of Transwestern represented Signal AI. Building owner Samco properties was represented by JLL. The tenant will relocate into a space approximately 50% larger than its current headquarters at 443 Park Ave. South.

Samco is completely renovating the space prior to Signal AI’s anticipated move-in, slated for the first quarter of 2023. “Signal AI’s new office is a terrific solution for the firm,” said Gordon. “The location is close to their clients and familiar to their team. Additionally, they will have a customized office designed to support their workflow and culture.”
