Transwestern represented the ownership of 191 N. Wacker Dr. in Chicago's West Loop on two leasing transactions with law firm tenants

Transwestern Secures Two Law Firm Leases at West Loop Tower

Transwestern Real Estate Services represented building ownership on a lease expansion and a new lease at 191 N. Wacker Dr., a 37-story, 733,759-square-foot office building in Chicago’s West Loop. Manulife Investment Management, on behalf of owners Allianz Real Estate and AZ/JH CO-INVESTMENT VENTURE (IL) LP., was represented by Transwestern SVPs Katie Steele and Kathleen Bertrand . 

The transactions include: 

  • Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, an international business litigation law firm, expanded and extended its lease from 18,864 square feet to 26,300 square feet. CBRE’s Kyle Kamin represented the tenant. 
  • Maron Marvel Bradley Anderson & Tardy LLC, a national litigation defense law firm, signed a new lease for 10,121 square feet.. JLL’s Jeff Liljeberg negotiated for the tenant. 

“We are thrilled to see existing tenants choosing to stay and expand while also welcoming new tenants,” said Michael Basic, managing director, U.S. real estate asset management of Manulife Investment Management.
