Transwestern Secures Minnesota Lease for Golf Lifestyle Brand

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) represented Waggle, a golf and apparel brand, in a new lease at Radisson Road Business Center, a new development at 3100 101st Avenue NE in Blaine, Minnesota.

Waggle signed a long-term lease for 45,024 square feet at the project. Transwestern Senior Vice President Chris Weirens represented the tenant throughout the site selection and lease negotiation process. The landlord was represented by Jon Raush and Luke Appert of Cushman & Wakefield.

The 58,080-square-foot multi-tenant facility, which is zoned for light industrial use, will supply Waggle with a mix of space. The brand will occupy 2,300 square feet of retail space, 10,000 square feet of office space, and 27,000 square feet of warehouse space. Radisson Road Business Center is expected to be completed in October 2025, and Waggle expects to be in its space by year-end.

This lease marks a significant expansion for Waggle and will serve as the company’s headquarters. “It was incredibly challenging to find something that could accommodate Waggle’s office, warehouse, and retail needs—so we feel very fortunate to be part of this opportunity with Transwestern,” said Travis Baker, Waggle Founder & CEO.
