Transwestern Secures 16K-SF Office Lease in D.C.

Transwestern Real Estate Services has secured a 15,966-square-foot office lease for tenant CWCapital at 900 19th St. NW in Washington D.C.

John Schlegel of Transwestern’s Occupier Solutions team provided tenant advisory services for CW Capital. Current tenants at the Tishman Speyer-owned office asset, include Cassidy Levy Kent USA LLP, Blue Like An Orange Sustainable Capital and International Labour Organization. Amenities at the property include a fitness center, car charging stations, conference facility and bike storage.

“We are excited about our new location and looking forward to the move,” said James Shevlin, President and COO at CWCapital. “As our employees slowly begin to return to the office following the COVID-19 pandemic, we are designing our new space with necessary safety precautions in mind. We are confident our centrally located, bright, efficient space will continue to help us attract and retain top talent in the commercial real estate industry.”
