Transwestern Retained to Lease Boutique Office in Downtown Minneapolis

ICM Realty Group has retained Transwestern to lease Barrel House, an 85,000-square-foot, boutique waterfront office building at 111 Third Ave. S. in Minneapolis’ downtown Mill District. ICM renovated a one-time barrel factory in 2017, and installed modern amenities to attract creative tenants.

Transwestern’s Jim Montez and Nick Sveen will provide leasing services for the property, which is currently 86% leased. “Barrel House is a rare combination of authentic history and modern amenities,” said Montez. “Businesses of all industries looking to provide their employees with a creative and productive environment will find that Barrel House exceeds their expectations.”

At ICM, “we believe in and are committed to providing a compelling value proposition to our tenants,” said managing director Andrew Webb. “With the building renovation now complete, the Barrel House does exactly that. We look forward to continuing the growth of our Minneapolis portfolio and our relationship with Transwestern.”
