Transwestern Releases Plans for 354K-SF Atlanta Office

Transwestern Development Co. announced its intent to develop a 354,500-square-foot office building in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter market. The building, called Nexus, is scheduled to break ground early next year, with completion slated for fourth-quarter 2018.

Nexus will be at Hammond Drive and Perimeter Parkway, allowing a quick connection to the Dunwoody MARTA station, as well as to Perimeter Mall.

“The increasing demand in the Central Perimeter market for Class A space that provides excellent transit access and superior walkability makes the timing for this project ideal,” said Trent Germano, senior managing director at Transwestern Development Co. “Nexus will offer the perfect work environment for large corporate users looking to relocate to this highly sought-after submarket.”
