RX Health and Science Trust has engaged Transwestern Real Estate Services to lease Union Park, a 178,000-square-foot, four-building medical office campus at 5881-5887 Glenridge Drive NE in the Atlanta submarket of Sandy Springs, GA.

RX Health and Science Trust has a capital renovation program underway to further modernize, upgrade and convert the property into an exclusive medical office campus and increase its appeal to medical users.

Steve Hall, John Lopez and Bo Stuart of Transwestern Real Estate Services will lead leasing efforts on behalf of RX Health and Science Trust, which purchased the asset in February 2023. RX Health and Science Trust is a national real estate platform focused on the acquisition, development and renovation of medical offices and other outpatient medical facilities.

Union Park is located within the Central Perimeter submarket, less than a mile from I-285 and GA-400, and less than two miles from “Pill Hill,” Atlanta’s preeminent healthcare cluster with Northside Hospital, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital.
