Transwestern Real Estate Services Names Ralph Smalley to Investment Sales Role

Transwestern Real Estate Services has added Atlanta, GA-based Ralph Smalley as senior managing director of investment sales. Smalley is responsible for expanding Transwestern’s capital markets capabilities in the Southeast, primarily focusing on Class A assets of all product types.

Smalley brings more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience to his Transwestern Real Estate Services role, previously holding director and managing director positions at Cushman & Wakefield, HFF and JLL. He has completed over $2.5 billion in investment sales and capitalization transactions for an array of national clients.
