Transwestern Negotiates 10-Year Office Lease in Downtown St. Paul

The Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation is excited to announce plans to occupy 10,700 square feet of Osborn370, a growing community hub located in the heart of downtown St. Paul. The Foundation will occupy the third floor of the building, with a move-in date planned in early 2025. Lease negotiations were managed by Transwestern Real Estate Services.

Osborn370 was identified as a top option due to the unique amenities that foster collaboration and innovation among tenants and community members. Features include ample outdoor space, shared common areas, on-site catering and locally owned Hepcat Coffee housed in the lobby.

“The Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation holds a pivotal role in our state, empowering communities to flourish,” said Eric Rapp, Senior Vice President at Transwestern. We are thrilled to have played a key role in facilitating this partnership, ensuring the foundation can craft a space that authentically embodies its values and meets the needs of its dedicated employees and the communities it supports.”
