Transwestern Names New Head of Finance for West Region

Transwestern Real Estate Services has hired Mariya Ilyitsky as regional finance manager, based in Los Angeles. She is responsible for financial planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting, as well as developing and implementing operations strategy for the firm’s West region, which includes offices in eight cities across California and in Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas and Seattle.

“Mariya is joining Transwestern during a critical time in our growth in the region,” said Chip Clarke, Transwestern’s West region president. “Her years of proven financial experience in the real estate industry will be an asset to our firm, employees and clients as we continue to strengthen our team and expand our business across the West.”

Ilyitsky brings 20 years of finance and accounting experience to her new role at Transwestern. Before joining the firm, she was director of asset management at New Standard Equities, where she was responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of six multifamily properties. During her career, she has held a variety of finance and accounting roles at firms including Douglas Elliman Real Estate and IMT Residential.
