Transwestern Moves Bethesda HQ to Avocet Tower
Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has relocated its Bethesda office from Capital Gateway at 6700 Rockledge Drive to Avocet Tower at 7373 Wisconsin Avenue. Transwestern, named the exclusive Agency Leasing team for Avocet Tower in 2023, now occupies 9,165 square feet at the 370,000-square-foot, 22-story trophy office building.
