Transwestern to Lease Up Toll Brothers’ Spec Office in Hoboken

Transwestern will provide leasing services for 125,000 square feet of speculative office space at Toll Brothers’ 1000 Maxwell Lane, the final building component of Toll Brothers City Living’s Maxwell Place mixed-use development in Hoboken. Transwestern Managing Director Matt McDonough is leasing the property.

1000 Maxwell represents Hoboken’s first spec project in the current cycle. “Hudson County has a booming community of entrepreneurs, new ventures and TAMI tenants that has grown to the point where we need more office space with the latest technology and a vibrant lifestyle,” said Toll Brothers’ Henry Waller. McDonough said Toll Brothers will create “a new opportunity to meet pent-up demand” from these tenants.

Toll Brothers is set to break ground on 1000 Maxwell this summer. The 12-story property will also include residential condominiums along with street-level retail, and will join three already-completed residential towers at the development.
