Transwestern Hires Vicci to Spearhead Property Management

Robert F. Vicci has joined Transwestern as SVP to grow the firm’s property management portfolio throughout the Northeast. Based in Transwestern’s Florham Park, NJ office, Vicci (pictured) will work with asset services leadership to implement national initiatives, drive new business pursuits, and ensure operational consistency across the region.

“Rob’s impressive track record and depth of industry experience will be key assets to our owner clients, as we continue to expand our property management portfolio in the region,” said Rob Bridges, executive managing director of asset services at Transwestern. “His commitment to excellent service and collaboration make him a perfect fit with our corporate culture.”

Before joining Transwestern, Vicci was an asset manager at CenterPoint Properties, where he oversaw operations of a five-million-plus-square-foot warehouse/flex portfolio. He brings more than 30 years’ experience to Transwestern, having also worked for national firms including Keller Williams, and managed properties including the Empire State Building.
