Transwestern Expands Twin Cities Brokerage Team with Four Additions

Transwestern added four industry professionals to its Minneapolis/St. Paul operations. The new team members include Jim Montez, Nick Sveen, Nate Erickson and Jenna Maxfield, who join from Cushman & Wakefield and boost the firm’s headcount to 17 in the market.

Montez and Sveen formed a downtown powerhouse duo that specializes in office assets in the Minneapolis Central Business District. Together, they have represented owners and clients in transactions totaling 2.5 million square feet, including one million square feet in the North Loop. Erickson brings seven years of west market experience in the industrial leasing sector.
