Transwestern Expands Healthcare by Eight

Transwestern Commercial Services added eight professionals to boost healthcare project management and construction services for properties nationwide. James Selmser, Steven Donnelly, and Mark Harrison joined the company as Senior Vice Presidents; Annette Littleton, Kelly Spivey, and Andy Dermawan as Senior Project Managers; and Mitch Silverman and Lindsey Lohberg as Project Managers.

Selmser had senior positions in project and construction management groups. During his career, he has been responsible for a total of $3 billion of healthcare assets. Donnelly has been responsible for a real estate portfolio consisting of more than 25 properties. Harrison’s background includes overseeing multiple teams across seven healthcare campuses for a total of $2.2 billion.
