Transwestern Completes Office Leases in North Fulton

Transwestern Real Estate Services and Dilweg announce five leases, totaling 42,791 square feet, have been executed at Northridge Commons. The seven-building, 470,560-square-foot, creative office campus is located at 8601 Dunwoody Place in Atlanta’s North Fulton submarket. Transwestern’s Greg Frankum, Matt Spickard and Ansley Chenault  negotiated the transactions.

New tenants include healthcare tech firm Artelon (21,334 square feet),  Buckhead Blueprint (10,427 square feet), Brandon Construction ( 2,885 square feet), and UK-based tech firm CNIguard (2,214 square feet). TurnKey ATM Solutions, Inc., renewed its lease (2,314 square feet), as did plastics manufacturer Color Chem International Corp. (3,617 square feet). 

Northridge Commons is a single-story, creative office campus with flexible space layouts for a wide range of tenants. Sprawling 38 acres, the campus offers offices from 2,214 to 44,765 square feet with a mix of office and warehouse space.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-service marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
