Transwestern Brokers Sale of MN Office Building

Transwestern Real Estate Services has represented ownership in the sale of 3680 Pheasant Ridge Drive NE, a 46,800-square-foot office building in Blaine, Minnesota.

Senior Vice President Eric Rapp, SIOR, represented seller M5 Built Holdings – Blaine, LLC in the sale to East Blaine Community Center. Kate Gillette and Mark Evenson of Avison Young represented the buyer.

East Blaine Community Center, which purchased the building for $4.05 million, plans to fully renovate the building. It will utilize the building’s classrooms and large gathering spaces as a religious community center.

“3680 Pheasant Ridge Drive is located in a great location with high visibility,” said Rapp. “We’re thrilled that the community center will bring new life to the building.” The building was vacant at the time of purchase but was formerly the Minnesota School of Business.
