Transwestern Brokers New Restaurant Lease in the Central Loop
The Central Loop is getting a new eatery. Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has represented building ownership on a new restaurant lease at 77 W. Wacker Drive, a 51-story, 960,000-square-foot office tower. Good Eating Company, a restaurant focused on organic, locally sourced dishes, is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024 and will occupy 5,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor.
Good Eating Company will offer a café dining experience with options including locally sourced coffee, breakfast, lunch, happy hour, catering, pop-ups, and a mobile coffee and boba cart that can be transported throughout the building and within tenant spaces.
“We’re excited to welcome Good Eating Company, which will provide a new service to our tenants as well as the surrounding area,” said Kathleen Bertrand, senior vice president at TRS. “Thanks to the stability of ownership, the building is now debt-free and can prioritize bringing elevated amenities and upgrades to provide a world-class experience to the tenants.”
