Transwestern Brokers Full-Building Lease in DC’s Capitol Riverfront

Transwestern Real Estate Services‘ Mid-Atlantic Retail Services team has brokered a 12,397-square-foot, full-building lease for Social Supply LLC at 200 Tingey Street Southeast in Washington, D.C.

Transwestern’s Connor McCarthy represented the property owner, Anfield Tingey LLC, an affiliate of Anfield Holdings, in the transaction. The Genau Group’s Victor Dambrosia and Jared Colletti represented the tenant.

Anfield recently completed a $10 million redevelopment and repositioning of the former Navy Yard substation. Social Supply plans to transform the space into Supplyhouse DC, a social and corporate event venue anticipated to open in early 2026. “We are looking forward to contributing on an even greater scale to the city and industry that has been so gracious to us,” said Ryan Ryskamp, Co-Founder of Social Supply.

Centered in the Capitol Riverfront district, 200 Tingey features 12,000 square feet of outdoor space and frontage of over 140 feet. The property is a two-minute walk from the Navy Yard-Ballpark Metro station, surrounded by amenities and over 155 retail attractions.
