Transwestern Brokers 49K-SF Lease at Minnesota Business Park

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announced that Leonardo DRS, Inc., signed a 48,563-square-foot lease at Grand Oak Business Park in Eagan, Minnesota.

Transwestern Principal Mike Honsa represented Group RMC, the owner of the 100-acre, 10-building business park, in the transaction. Leonardo DRS, Inc. is a defense technology company that has signed a 10-year lease at Grand Oak VII, located at 2750 Blue Water Road. Leonardo DRS, Inc. is relocating from Burnsville, Minn. and will expand its footprint in the fall of 2025. Leonardo DRS, Inc. was represented by Chuck Bower and Jerry Moore of RV3 Solutions.

“With amazing amenities, a parklike setting, and direct access to retail and transit, it’s easy to see why Leonardo DRS, Inc. selected this premier business environment,” said Honsa. Grand Oak VII is a 107,076-square-foot, single-story office building completed in 2002. Located in the southeast Twin Cities submarket, it includes eight office buildings and two retail properties.
