Transwestern Brokers $3M Sale of Miami Airport Industrial Facility

Transwestern Real Estate Services has brokered the $3 million sale of a 17,223-square-foot industrial facility in Doral, FL.

Located at 7760 NW 56th St. in Miami’s Airport submarket, the property features an air-conditioned warehouse, newly renovated office space and a downtown Doral location that offers immediate access to both the Palmetto Expressway and Miami International Airport.

Ben Eisenberg, Walter Byrd, Thomas Kresse and Carlos Gaviria of Transwestern represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also not disclosed.
