Transwestern Brokers 26K SF of Milwaukee Deals

Transwestern recently brokered a Milwaukee-area office sale and seven leases. EVPs John Dulmes and Daniel Walsh represented Anzomade LLC in purchasing the 1897-vintage, 4,860-square-foot mansion at 1037 N. Astor St. in Milwaukee (pictured).

VP Shaun Dempsey represented Ophthalmology Associates SC in an 8,323-square-foot office lease at 4600 W. Loomis Rd. in Greenfield, WI; Burn Boot Camp in 4,597 square feet of retail at 1260 Brown St. in Oconomowoc, WI; Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co. in 2,852 square feet of office at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave. in Milwaukee; and Symetria Health in 2,636 square feet of office at 6080 S. 108th St. in Hales Corners, WI.

Dulmes and Walsh represented MKE Benefits for 1,532 square feet of office at 411 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee. They represented tenants in two leases at 131 W. Layton Ave. in Milwaukee: LP Engineering for 780 square feet, and Salute Inc. for 470 square feet.
