Transwestern Boosts Brokerage Presence in Milwaukee

Transwestern added to its Milwaukee-area footprint – as well as covering southeast Wisconsin – with the addition of the Siegel-Gallagher brokerage team. John Dulmes, Daniel Walsh and Marianne Burish join Transwestern as executive vice presidents, while Shaun Dempsey serves as vice president. Transwestern’s national Sustainability Services group already operates in Milwaukee, and the Siegel-Gallagher team is operating from a different office at 252 E. Highland Ave.

The team is focused on tenant advisory, agency leasing and investment sales in the office sector. Siegel-Gallagher has been in the southeast Wisconsin market for 20 years, while the Dulmes, Walsh, Burish and Dempsey team, to date, has executed more than $1 billion in real estate lease transactions.
