Transwestern Boosts Bay Area Footprint with Three-Person Team

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRE) expanded its commercial real estate project, construction and relocation management services in the Bay Area. The firm hired a three-person team from well-known construction project management firm officemorph.

Caitlin Cappa Nuñez (pictured above) leads the new division’s project management team with support from Senior Project Associate Danny Wohlner. Ali Platto serves as Project Operations and Relocation Director, spearheading move management as well as operations and communications.

The expansion comes at a time when there is a need in the marketplace for assistance with office relocations and managing the details that get a company ready for customers and employees. These services bolster Transwestern’s established brokerage and property management arms in Northern California.

The team’s recent projects include a 26,500-square-foot headquarters buildout at 170 Ninth St. in San Francisco, an office relocation in San Mateo, and a technology forensics lab buildout at 250 Montgomery St. in San Francisco.
