Transwestern Bolsters Life Sciences Team with Addition of David Klein

Transwestern Commercial Services expanded its San Francisco Occupier Services team with the addition of David Klein. Klein is co-principal in the Silicon Valley life sciences incubator, San Jose bioCube, as well as a California-licensed attorney and real estate broker.

Klein brings more than 30 years of representing tenants and buyers of all sizes. He has gained deep transactional experience in a variety of commercial real estate product and business needs throughout the Bay Area, with a strong focus on the life sciences market. He has represented a variety of clients, including Roche, Prothena, Boehringer Ingelheim, Sunstar, Cisco and Apple.

“Life sciences occupiers in the Bay Area are competing for space, and small spaces especially are at a huge premium,” Klein said. “When a company is small, that’s when it needs the most help to strategize on future space needs. I truly enjoy being able to help these companies grow.”
