Transwestern Assigned to Fill Corpus Christi Medical Tower

David Z. Mafrige Interests (DZMI) retained Transwestern to provide leasing services for the 105,000-square-foot Corpus Christi Medical Tower. Transwestern’s Ken Adams and ‘Licia Shreves will handle leasing activity for the medical office building at 1521 S. Staples St. in Corpus Christi.

Since acquiring the property in June 2018, DZMI renovated the building lobbies and implemented a host of building infrastructure improvements. The updated property includes ample parking, a full-service laboratory, 24/7 key card access and on-site property management.

“The building is a good fit for DZMI. It is our intent to preserve the building as it is a staple to the Corpus Christi community,” said DZMI’s Andrew Clark. Current tenants include Cardiology Associates of Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend Eye Center, and other healthcare providers.
